Terms of Service

Huffoo is operated by Mofect Limited. These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Mofect Limited (referred to as “Mofect Limited,” “Huffoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing Huffoo, creating an account, using our website or AI creative tools, or buying credits or a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location; if you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must use the services on your behalf.

Huffoo provides digital tools for creating imaginative pet looks from photos, saving or sharing eligible creations, and purchasing credits or subscriptions for online features. Features, plans, credit costs, availability, generation limits, and supported payment methods may vary by location, account, device, or plan and may change over time.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly at support@huffoo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One person may not create or operate accounts to evade limits, promotions, suspensions, or payment obligations.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other people, abuse credits or payment systems, or misuse the services. Account deletion may remove saved pets, creations, preferences, credits, and other account features as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of photos, prompts, names, and other material you submit. You give Huffoo a limited, worldwide license to receive, transmit, temporarily process, and display that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the feature you request. Uploaded source photos are not kept as a permanent Huffoo image library.

You confirm that you own the content you submit or have permission to use it, including any identifiable person, pet, brand, artwork, or location shown in it. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights, is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or contains material you are not authorized to share.

We may screen uploaded photos, prompts, and other submitted content for prohibited material and safety risks. You must not submit content depicting gore, blood, graphic injury, violence, or sexual or pornographic material involving any person or animal, including any combination of sexual, violent, or graphic content. Content must not feature political figures or other public figures, or well-known intellectual property and potentially infringing identifiers such as logos, clothing, characters, artwork, or designs. Images and prompts must not contain vulgar, sexual, violent, or graphically offensive text. If we detect or reasonably suspect prohibited activity, we may remove the relevant content, restrict or disable the account without prior notice, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Huffoo uses automated tools to create digital images and designs. Results may be unexpected, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from your instructions; similar or identical results may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing a result before saving, sharing, or publishing it.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use your generated results for personal, non-infringing purposes. We do not promise that a result is unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights. You may not use results or the services to impersonate others, make deceptive or unlawful claims, infringe rights, develop competing models, or bypass safety or technical controls.

Huffoo may offer free credits, subscription credits, and one-time Pay as you go credit packs. Credits are usage units, not money, stored value, deposits, or transferable property. They cannot be resold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside the features for which they are issued.

Subscription credits are available during the applicable billing period and reset or expire at the next billing date according to the plan shown on the Pricing page. Pay as you go credits do not expire unless the applicable offer states otherwise. We may correct balances or reverse credits granted through a failed, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, or abusive transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access and eligible remaining credits continue through the current paid period. Any refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown by the applicable payment provider at purchase.

Each generation may use the number of credits shown in the feature. A completed generation may consume credits even if you do not save or share the result. If a generation fails because of a Huffoo technical error, contact support@huffoo.com with the account email and approximate time; after verification, we may restore the affected credits or provide another appropriate remedy.

Subscription prices and credit allowances are shown before payment and may change before a new plan or credit pack is activated. By starting a subscription or purchasing digital credits, you authorize Huffoo and the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed total and any authorized renewal.

Payments may be processed by the provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. We may reject, pause, or cancel a transaction for suspected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited content, payment failure, or an inability to provide the requested digital service.

Mofect Limited, operating as Huffoo, and its licensors own the website, software, branding, templates, interface, prompts, and related materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit the services except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

You may not use Huffoo to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, probe or disrupt systems, evade rate limits or credits, use automated scraping or account creation, interfere with another user, submit payment information that is not yours, or create content intended to facilitate abuse, fraud, exploitation, or harm. We may investigate, remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary.

Huffoo may depend on third-party services for authentication, AI processing, analytics, hosting, payments, and email. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, fees, and dispute processes.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, credit pricing, generation models, or integrations. We work to keep Huffoo reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta or preview features may change and may be less reliable than generally available features. We may impose reasonable usage, storage, or generation limits to protect the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huffoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Huffoo for the service or product giving rise to that claim during the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Material changes apply prospectively.
