Mofect Limited operates Huffoo and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, “Mofect Limited,” “Huffoo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mofect Limited.

When you register, your email address is collected as the unique identifier for your account. We may also collect your name, password or authentication credentials handled by our authentication provider, profile details, account ID, sign-in provider ID, plan and credit balance, saved preferences, checkout information, support messages, and communication choices.

To protect registration and account services from bots, abuse, and fraud, our anti-bot and security systems may collect your IP address, request time, browser and device signals, approximate location, referring page, and a risk or challenge result. We use these signals for security and do not use them to identify you beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

We use the information above to:

• create, authenticate, secure, and recover your account;
• verify registration attempts and prevent automated abuse, fraud, and account takeover;
• provide pet creation, image generation, saved looks, credits, subscriptions, and account features;
• calculate prices, taxes, credit balances, and subscription entitlements;
• process payments, refunds, and customer support;
• send essential account, security, payment, and service messages;
• measure performance, diagnose errors, improve usability, and understand how features are used;
• maintain records, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations; and
• send optional marketing where permitted and consistent with your choices.

When you use our image-generation tools, the uploaded photo and your instructions are sent for temporary AI reading and analysis so the requested result can be generated. Huffoo does not save the uploaded source photo as a permanent image in your account or use it as a general photo library. We do not sell uploaded pet photos or use private uploaded photos to train general-purpose AI models unless we first obtain your permission or clearly provide a separate choice.

If you choose to save or publish a generated result, that generated result and related creation metadata may be stored in your account. Temporary processing by our AI, hosting, or infrastructure providers may still be required to deliver the feature.

Cookies and similar browser storage may contain or support a session token that keeps you signed in, a cart or checkout identifier, security and anti-fraud state, consent or preference choices, and limited feature state. They may also record a pseudonymous analytics or advertising identifier where those tools are enabled. Cookies generally do not contain your full payment card number or password.

Essential cookies are needed for sign-in, cart, checkout, security, and core site functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but doing so may sign you out, clear a cart, or prevent parts of Huffoo from working correctly.

Where Google Analytics is enabled, Google scripts may collect information such as your IP-derived approximate location, device and browser details, pages and screens viewed, referring URLs, session and interaction events, approximate session duration, and a pseudonymous cookie or device identifier. We use this information to understand traffic and improve the site. Google processes this information under its own terms and policies; browser controls and any consent controls we provide may be used to limit analytics storage.

Payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Depending on the payment method, the provider may collect card or bank details, billing address, device and fraud-prevention signals, and authentication information directly from you. Huffoo does not store your full card number, card security code, or online banking credentials.

Huffoo receives the payment provider customer or payer identifier, payment method type, transaction and authorization IDs, amount, currency, payment status, failure or refund status, and limited billing details needed to reconcile digital credits or subscriptions, provide receipts, prevent fraud, and handle support.

We share information only as needed with providers that help us run Huffoo, including authentication and database hosting, anti-bot and security services, AI processing, analytics, payment providers, email delivery, and customer support. Each provider receives only the information needed for its service and may process it under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. You can manage available profile, preference, pet, saved creation, and account settings in your account.

You may request deletion of your account and associated account data at any time through the available account-deletion control or by contacting support@huffoo.com. Deletion may remove your profile, saved pets, uploaded or generated creations stored in your account, preferences, credits or other account features that cannot be transferred, and sign-in association. We may retain limited information needed for refunds, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, legal claims, or other legal obligations. We may also retain information that has been irreversibly anonymized.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message. We will still send essential account, payment, and service communications.

Huffoo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Huffoo and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Local privacy protections may differ between countries.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
