Billing issues
When am I charged, and how do I see past payments?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Every settled payment is listed under Payment History on the Billing & Plan page, where you can download the invoice or receipt.
Can I ask for a refund?
Refunds are generally not available. If you made an accidental purchase and have not used the credits or subscription benefits, contact us promptly and we will review your request.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Until it ends you can undo this at any time with Reactivate Subscription.
How does downgrading work?
Downgrades take effect on your next renewal, so you keep your current plan for the period you paid for and are billed the lower rate from the next cycle onward.
Do my credits expire?
Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period and reset on renewal. Credits bought as a pay-as-you-go pack never expire.
Account issues
How do I change my email, name, or avatar?
Open Account Settings from the account menu to update your profile details.
I cannot sign in.
Make sure you are using the same method you signed up with. If you registered with Google, use Continue with Google rather than a password.
Why can I only add one pet profile?
Free accounts include a single pet profile. Plus and Pro allow unlimited pet profiles, and upgrading unlocks the rest immediately.
Usage issues
A generation failed but my credits were taken.
Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails. If your balance still looks wrong after a few minutes, send us the details below and we will correct it.
How do I get the best results?
Upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet faces the camera and is not blocked by hands or objects. Square images crop most predictably.
Where do my generated images go?
Everything you create is saved to the Gallery, where you can download images, delete them, or assign them to one of your pet profiles.
